A special meeting of the DRAA is being called to amend the By-Laws in reaction to the effects of COVID-19 on the Corporation.
MOTION TO amend by-law - Meeting of the Association: Annual Meeting, Section 8.1.1:
“The annual meeting of the members of the Association shall be held within 3 months after the end of the previous fiscal year end in each year at such place as shall be designated by the Board.”
Be revised to read:
“The annual meeting of the members of the Association shall be held within 9 months after the end of the previous fiscal year end in each year at such place as shall be designated by the Board.”
