Everyone is invited to join us for a fun evening of stargazing at Millennium Square in Pickering. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Moon, Mars, Saturn and deep space star clusters through our big telescopes. We will have an information booth filled with astronomy literature and hand outs. Do you have a telescope but are not sure how to use it? Bring it along and we would be happy to help you!
WEATHER UPDATE: We will enjoy clear skies tonight, so we are good to go! PLEASE NOTE: It is cooler down by the lake, and the temperature will drop down into the teens after sunset, and it might be breezy as well, so please bring warm clothing (like a hoodie and long pants) to be comfortable.
Millennium Square is at the bottom of Liverpool Road in Pickering.
