Come join The Durham Region Astronomical Association as we celebrate the UOIT Science Rendezvous event.
On the Polonsky Commons, weather permitting, there will be Safe Solar viewing of Sunspots and Flares during the day (from 10 am to 3 pm). Unfortunately, evening stargazing has been cancelled due to cloudy weather. In the Energy Systems and Nuclear Science Research Centre Building (Energy Research Centre), from 10 am to 3 pm, there will be displays and information on all things astronomical.
If you have a telescope hidden away somewhere and would like some instruction on its use, dig it out and bring it along. We'd be glad to help.
